I, Matthew Paulson, am a web developer, software developer and web designer based out of Madison, South Dakota. I have been developing software and creating websites since 2001 and have a number of clients throughout the Midwest and Eastern parts of the United States. I currently attend Dakota State University, one of the top information technology schools in the Midwest, and will be receiving my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in May of 2008. I have worked with a number of area technology companies and am familiar with the latest software development and web development technologies.

I am a task-oriented individual and pride myself on providing a high-level of customer service to my clients with a very quick turnaround time. I offer professional consulting services in website design, custom web application development, content management solutions, custom software development, database design, internet marketing and search engine optimization. I do not have the overhead that most technology companies have which allows me to provide these services at rates which are a fraction of industry standards.

Because I am familiar with a wide variety of modern software development and web development technologies and am well versed in the principles of software development and computer science, I can make use of the best tools available to complete your project. Programming languages that I am experienced with include C#, C++, Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic.Net. I am knowledgeable in a number of web-design and web-development technologies including ASP.Net, PHP, HTML, XHTML, CSS, SQL, Joomla CMS and Word Press.

In the past I have completed a number of different projects for companies in the private sector and governmental organizations. The companies I work with are primarily located in South Dakota, but I also accept project from companies in other parts of the United States. I have created websites and developed software for companies in Rapid City, SD, Sioux Falls, SD, Pierre, SD, Madison, SD, Brookings, SD, Vermillion, SD, and Mitchell, SD as well as a number of other localities throughout the United States.
